Samantha Belkin bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 44 Candlewood Road in Fairfield from Janice Garrison for $280,000 on April 24.
The 1,636-square-foot house was built in 1947.
Belkin serves as analyst at AQR Capital Management, a global investment management firm. Previously, she worked as financial products analyst at Willis and was an economics tutor at Colgate University. She was also an intern at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and at Saguenay Capital.
She earned her B.A. in economics from Colgate University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 544 home sales in Fairfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $449,500.
