Jan Milligan has more than 30 years’ experience in real estate, and is part of the William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance team.
Before entering the real estate field, she was a flight attendant for American Airlines. She prides herself on specializing on a full range of residential real estate properties. Over the course of her three-decade career, she said she has sold everything from small cottages and first-time family homes to luxury homes and showcase properties.
“I do not limit myself to any one type of property,” she said. “I do my best to provide excellent service to all my clients.” The properties she sells are located in Greenwich and Stamford.
Milligan has advanced her education in the real estate industry, holding Certified Residential Specialist designation and the Graduate, Realtor Institute designation.
Milligan, originally of Ocean City, N.J., lives in Greenwich with her husband of 14 years. The couple have an adult son. She is the secretary of the Knollwood Garden Club.
