O’Connell recently staged a large Tudor home with amazing results — the home sold just 36 hours later for well above the asking price. On another recent property, she staged an open house for half of a two-unit condo building and ended up selling the entire building.
Although O’Connell works primarily in Greenwich and the surrounding areas, she’s also licensed in New York.
In her spare time, she enjoys competing in triathlons, playing tennis, skiing and traveling. She lists France, Nepal and China as her favorite places to visit when she’s not at home working with clients.
