Jaime Pereira has more than 20 years of experience as a real estate agent and real estate investor, focusing mostly on luxury homes, residential short sale and commercial property.
“I was in the business of investing in homes and fixing them up to be sold, but when I saw how happy people were buying the home of their dreams it got me hooked on becoming a real estate agent,” Pereira said.
Before obtaining his real estate license, he was an automotive technician. He said his extensive background in real estate investment has given him valuable insight for clients seeking investment properties and he’s also doing more work in commercial properties.
Originally from Huntington, he resides in Shelton with his wife and three children. He is a member of the Vasco de Gama club and is a parishioner of the St. Lawrence Roman Catholic Church in Shelton.
