For Liz Smith of Prudential Connecticut Realty, there are many reasons why the world of real estate is very satisfying.
“The most rewarding factor is when you work with first-time buyers. You see that they are buying the home of their dreams,” she said. “It is very rewarding to see them spend so much time and then getting what they want it all comes together.”
Smith knows the experience of living in a new community. For three years, Smith had relocated to Sinagpore due to her husband’s work assignment. She credits that time toward her understanding for residents who have transferred to the area from other parts of the word.
Smith is a member of the Junior League of Greenwich and has volunteered with other local organizations such as the United Way of Greenwich and the Greenwich YMCA. A mother of three, she is an avid racquet sports player.
