Ligaya Wakefield is originally from Western Massachusetts but has lived in both Manhattan and Connecticut for the last 12 years. She now lives in downtown Stamford.
“The majority of my clients are very business-oriented, financially and technologically savvy,” Wakefield said. “It is a natural progression that they initially purchase a Stamford or Norwalk condominium to start and later upgrade to larger homes in the outlying areas.”
