Julianne Ward grew up in Millbrook, N.Y. and moved to Greenwich when she was 22. She has lived in Greenwich for 26 years and has been selling real estate in Greenwich for nearly all of that time.
“My expertise is selling Greenwich Real Estate, from first time homes buyers to luxury estates,” Ward said. “I also rent my clients’ homes from $1,500 per month to $30,000 per month, and sell townhomes, single family homes and land. I sell real estate in Greenwich, Cos Cob, Riverside, Old Greenwich and Stamford.”
When she is not selling real estate, she enjoys cooking and watching her 20-year-old son play college hockey on weekends.
She also cooks for a hobby, and recently put together a cookbook with a group of friends and sold it for charity. Ward said she likes to work on fund raisers for the Sunshine Kids, Neighbor to Neighbor.
